This red hair bleach powder is designed to be used with a cream peroxide developer to open the hair cuticle, allowing oxidisation of natural pigments and dispertion of introduced pigments. The red pigment creates strawberry blonde tones and produces a level 6-7 lift; the small convenient package of 50g bleach can be paired with 100ml cream peroxide for single use application.
